I submitted four cans on a F4 Trust in August. I submitted what I thought was the complete trust. The other day I called
to check the status and 3 of the four cans had a error of the F4 and they told me my trust was incomplete. Well I called the lawyer and sure enough they forgot to send me all the required documents to sign. The question is will the ATF have a problem sending another document that's not dated the same as the other documents? thanks: |

I suppose it depends on what is being signed. If your Schedule A is dated before the date your trust was signed/in effect, that might be an issue. Otherwise trusts get amended all the time and dates are different within the document. Your lawyer should answer the question for you since he forgot to send you the documents. |
