When your local class III dealer is a non stocking dealer for a brand of suppressor that you want, have they been willing to order it?

How much have they charged to do the transfer?

Impact Guns wants $100. They charge $25 for other firearms.

I really dislike dealing with Impact. If you want to know why just ask.

But they are the only Class III dealer in UT that I know of. ????

The dealer I use charges $50 or $75 (I can't remember which) for NFA transfers.  $25 for regular transfers.

$50 for NFA.  I think that's fair considering the dealer has store it securely for months and assume some financial risk in the meantime.

$25 for NFA here.

Most manufacturers have dealer lists state to state on their sites. Alot of the bigger dealers do too. Look on the lists and call around.

Wow - good list.

I've paid anywhere from $0 to $100 for an NFA transfer in Utah.

50 seems to be the norm

That's two different shops in two different states that I have dealt with.  Of course here in my po dunk town some of the assholes think it's cool to charge a 50 buck transfer for just a regular ole pistol or S/G. I finally found a pawn shop that'll do it for 20.

I paid $100 each for the first three then found another person in my town that charges $50...much better.

WOW, that sucks that it seems everyone is getting charged. I better not tell my dealer that he might start charging me. I have done 10 transactions and not one extra penny for a transaction fee. I have even purchased some cans under the listed MSRP.

Wow... $20? That's like two fourty five minute appointments for $10 a pop.

Appointments? Only time I ever met any of my sot's was to pick up the goods after approval.

70 bucks.
But damn, these guys are not easy to find so I guess you have to pay whatever they want or learn to go without.
Capitalism I guess.
