Why isn't the toggle action more popular? I've never used one, but it seems to be faster than the bolt action. It doesn't interfere with scope mounting. For those with experience with this type of action what are your opinions.

no, that is a traditional straight pull bolt action. do a google search for the biathalon basic and see how the action works.
