Got to shoot mine today. 
Dealer got it in last week. Paid for it last week. Shot it today.
SureFire Mini-DE. Feels good to have good friends. Now just the long-ass wait until I can finally take it home.

I love my Mini, I just got it about a month ago after a five and a half month wait.
With 5.56 I don't tell a big difference in sound between the full sized cans and the Mini. The difference in length/weight more significant to me. I hope your wait is a short one!

How did a mini can preform? Do you have any experice with full size rifle cans to compare it too? My dealer had a Gemtech Halo there. It performed better than the Halo in our opinions. Host weapon & bbl length? My rifle is a 16" AR15 in 5.45x39. Dealers rifle was 14.5" AR15 in 5.56 Not exactly apples to apples, but we were both impressed with the little Mini. Next time he'll bring a 16" AR15 and see the difference. |
