| Are the bolts on the 1903's and the 03A3's chrome plated or something? Looking at a sporterized Remington 1903 and the bolt body is a nice silvery color. The rest of the gun looks like it has been polished for re-bluing but hasn't been reblued. The barrel is original. I know the action and bbl aren't chromed but the bolt, I am not sure about. |
