OK I think we all know why I am asking this... I have a deal around the corner for one of these tacticals... will that scope stay alive on top the 50? |
| I started out with a Super Sniper 20X on my AR-50 and put about 1200 rounds through it with no problems. I replaced the SS with a Springfield Gov't Gen 3 and have been very happy. I tend not to listen to the experts and find out for myself. Some folks think a scope has to cost $$$ to be worthy of a 50. Buy a scope with features you like with a good warrenty and shoot your heart out. If it breaks send it back. |

You dog! My PR 6.5-20 only has 91 MOA of elevation. You got 19 more than me! I want a refund! I'm kidding of course. I love my PR Gen2 mil dot. I bought the LRT model and had them add the M1 turrets. That saved me something like $60 over the LR M1. It replaced an SA scope on my M70. The SA was nice, and it worked, but the Leupy is a far better scope. Of course, it cost me twice as much, so it damn well better be a nicer scope! |
