Did anyone who uses this can have their barrels cut IAW Silencerco recommended rimfire threading specifications?  I downloaded the specs sheet and will be taking it to my gunsmith, but he seems to think that is is unnecessary.  I have a machinist friend who said that the process was really easy to do and would be able to do it.  What is your take on this?

Yep. ADCO cut my 15-22 barrel down to specs:

All my 22 pistols have adapters made to those specs (two SiCo adapters and one TwinTech):

My PS90 SBR has a TROS adapter cut correctly:

And my 6" AR57 upper has the SiCo 1/2-28 to 1/2-28 adapter:

Once the barrel is threaded to specs do you still need an adapter or anything?

Nope.

My ADCO job is much closer to the specs than the SiCo adapters. The spec calls for a relief between the threads and the shoulder...but their own adapters don't have it. Hasn't caused me any problems, just find it odd they don't offer accessories made to the specs they publish.
