I have a friend who is purchasing a 50. He wants me to reload some rounds for him and ship them to him. How would I do that?

Pack them properly and take them to UPS or FedEx and slap an ORM-D sticker on them and ship em. No hazmat fees.

NOt sure I understand your question. I am not going to load them hot. Just full length resize at specs.

No, thats why I am asking here. Thought I would get some intellegent responses. Don't think I need a manufacturing license to give reloads to my friend

Dunno about just general ammo, but incendiaries require a Hazmat "licensed" or whatever it is, shipper; which one can certify themselves quite easily via online docs.

The rules on reloading ammo specify we can reload "for our own use." I doubt this qualifies.

As above, the risk isn't worth it either––if he has a bore obstruction and the rifle blows he will blame your ammo.
