I have few items (NFA and nonNFA) and I am wanting to know how the shipping process works. I know that you can ship FFL items to yourself, but how does this work for a trust??
Can the item to be shipped, where I am going, but have another trustee pick it up since they are able to have legal possession of items in the trust?? Not trying anything shady, just trying to figure out shipping laws as they pertain to Trusts |
