[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Scope mount question

I'm an M1A noob.

I picked up a SA Scout Squad that has a scope mount. (Not talking about the scout mount.)

No idea what brand. It looks like it's uneven, angled up.

When I put the levels on it, 1 on the scout mount and 1 on the other, they're level with each other.

Is this normal?
