I am considering a SW RMD and need the hives opinion.

I already have a the ESEE Izula, 3mil, 4, LS, and 5s.

Thoughts. I am thinking something for a backcountry pack (a position currently held by the LS and 3mil).

Any sheath recommendations?

I have a custom shop RMD, it's one of my favorite fixed blades.

Kydex or leather?

I'd recommend Buy Brown for kydex.

For leather sheaths armoralleather makes some nice sheaths.

I second az! I've have a few knives sheathed by him and they are very well made and look good and have awesome retention.

That's one I'd been wanting for a very long time. Got it for Christmas this year, and understand why some people make such a big deal about it. It is great "do everything" knife. Get it.

I've met leatherbender (i.e. armoralleather) at his workshop. He is a super nice guy, and does super nice leather work.

Godspeedtacital does good kydex work.
