If I purchase a short barrel shotgun and later decide that I want to send it off to Wilson Combat to be refinished, do I have to go through a Class III dealer and pay the $200.00 tax to the ATF to have it sent off to the gunsmith? Do I have to pay another $200.00 when it comes back? Thanks |
