[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Rust Spot Help

I have a Randall that has developed a rust spot on the blade. It seems to be a small pit.

Any suggestions on how to neutralize the rust and then coat the blade?

Hit it with flitz.

Try a pencil eraser and/or Flitz.

I recommend Boeshield T-9 as a metal preservative and rust protectant.
Thick and waxy, not a very slick lube.

I have a b eraser ready to go. Would Johnson's wax work to seal the blade?

What every body recommends is a non-acidic product called Renaissance Wax.
