I have all loading history in an excel spreadsheet.  I can filter by caliber, powder, bullet type, etc to see quickly what I've loaded in the past.  It also keep inventory of bullets, primers, and powder for me.

+1 on the excel spreadsheet.

I also use a survey book to keep notes in while at the range.

Yes on Excel.

All final loads including their accuracy and velocity results are kept in an Excel spreadsheet.

All load development is done in a Lab notebook with a pencil.

I finally made my own excel sheet and print it on card stock. Work better than the chicken scratch I had before.

I keep all load data in my head...it works like shit.

Nah, hunting rounds load data is on the box.  Hand gun rounds I keep notes
in my lee book.

+1 on a spreadsheet - except I do mine in Google Docs so I can access it anywhere, including from my phone.  Then, load development info goes straight into it from the field, including photos.

Anyone interested in posting their spreadsheet so we can take the best from everyone?

Sheet OAL is about 2.3 inches wide and 4.1 inches high. Cell heights are 0.21 inches. This sheet fits into the cover of my 223 plastic cases with 50 rounds with wording seen from outside the case.

I have no idea how to post a document here, so:
I made my data sheets in MS Word on 8.5x11 paper.
The top half of my sheet is a copy of the SAAMi drawing and specs for that caliber.
Under that, on the left side are blocks for all relevant reloading data.
To the lower right I have room to attach a piece of the target that I used to show me how they performed.
I keep all of these in a binder for reference.

A weeks few backs I got bored and wrote a web based solution that stores primers, bullets, cases and powder. Lets me sort pretty much how I want and provides me with an inventory system. It also contains a reloading book that provides a backup to my paper books. I am working on an android app that works off QR codes to help make updating simple, but I need to brush up my java.

I use an excel spreadsheet with all of my chrono data.   I save it on a dropbox account so no matter where I am (work or home) I can access or add data.  I never tried an inventory system, but I don't really think I need one, either.
