| I have an ATN 2-6X40 rifle scope that i'd like to put on my FAB10. FAB10 is a California legal AR15 rifle. The scope comes with a high 30mm ring so i guess as far as the size of the tube goes i think it'll probably be 30mm. The scope will go on top of the carrying handle, because my rifle is not a flat top. I would appreciate any recommendation on what mount to use on a 40mm object so that i won't have to reach and look in the scope. Thanks |

Unless you're built like a giraffe, you need to rethink your combo, IMO. If you want to use this scope with your AR, a flat top will be required to avoid looking like a goober at the range. Not to mention having a scope that high & far off of the bore axis will do you no favors in accuracy either, IMO. Either drop to a standard mount or find a better scope/upper compatibility. Compromising will only cause it to never be what it could be for you. |
