Take a look at LA Police Gear.

They have 2 sizes of bags similar to what you show.

Natchezss.com has the black Eagle Industries Deluxe Shooter Range Bag (w/insert) for $70 (plus s/h). That's $100 off retail on that bag..

The midway usa brand range bags are actually pretty nice too.

i have the midway range bag and it is pretty well made.  It seems solid, prob not as good as eagle but worth the $40.00.

I would endorse the midway range bag any day.  You will not be disappointed if you buy the midway bag.  The bag is as good if not better than the eagle bag.

The 5.11 and Midway bag appear to be almost identical except for the 5.11 being more than 2X the price.

OP, do you need a tactical bag? I'm all about the tacticool, but I have a Dewalt tool bag

http://www.amazon.com/Heavy-Duty-Ballistic-Nylon-Tool-Bag/dp/B0006JO2CM/ref=dp_cp_ob_hi_title_0

They are designed to carry a ton of tool weight,so your range stuff will be good to go, plus they're pretty cheap at under $25

An excellent choice is the Countycomm.com's Maratec 5 bag. usually runs about 40 bucks (which is cheap!) and are solid and rugged as they come. Various colors....lots of pockets plus a concealment slot on the outside you wouldn't know was even there.....
