Will API be fine for me since i shoot mostly sandpits, the 200 yard back stop is gravel about 10-15 ft high, its pretty much that height for a while back until it slopes down and behind it is trees about 20 ft from the drop where i post the targets. Does the incredintary light up only when hitting a hard thing like steel plate, rocks, or will it ignite if hit a tree? I'm sure it going in the sand will be fine. Its just the trees I'm worried about. Also are they the same accuracy as ball bullets? or worse? Other thing is, if they have been pulled, they must be resized correct? if so then whats a good resizer?

Are WC860, WC867, WC872 any good and safe to use or should I just stick with H50BMG?

do a search about surplus powder and loads. there is some good info here in the 50 forum and also a general web search will give ya alot of data for the powders mentioned.

for a resizer, get lee's .510 sizer

any of the surplus powders will be fine for ap/api/apit/t/st/ball surplus heads
might not be a bad idea to resize them even if they havent been pulled
