I have this strange crap going on with my oasis 10-22.

I know the gun is loaded but when I pull the trigger I don't hear anything. The brass gets ejected and there is a hole in the target but I
just can't figure what is going on

Can any one help me

It's a squid round, close brother to the squib but it exits the barrel.  Be wary of squids friend rodeo blvd, they're both hollywood quiet.
