Does this sound like a good deal? I think the mount alone is about 140 bucks and it has a bunch of 20rd mags. What do you guys think?

That is an incredible deal. I would ask for throat errosion, gas system and muzzle wear readings as well as the serial number to verify taht it is a NM rifle.
