Would VV-N135 be too slow for use with a M1-A action.

I am concerned about damaging the operating system.

I am searching for an extruded powder to use for both 223 and 308.

I will second Varget as THE powder to buy.  It works well for me using 69 grain and up .224 bullets and using 155gr and up .308.  I will also nominate H4895 as 1st runner up to varget

For the 223 I was going to be using 50-55 grain bullets.
