He wanted $20, took $15.  American Fork and Hoe, a little ruff and I think someone took a file to it some time ago.  Also missing the latch release, wonder were one could be found?

I think it was worth 15 bones.

Cleaned up with a latch release it's an easy $50+ on evil bay.  You can find a latch release on evil bay for about $5.
