I have a chance to trade in my ParaOrdnance Para Carry 645 for a Kimber Ultra CDP II ( plus $250).  Both are  NIB.  Is this worth the price upgrade?  Reliability is my main priority.  Thanks

I'm not sure what the 645 is but if it is the Para with new DA trigger then I'd recommend it.  I know a retired officer who has dealt with Novak and Wilson extensively on 1911's and Browning HP's.  This gentleman is knowledgeable considering he competed in various national LE events and amount of time on the streets. Last time I spoke to him, he was extremely enthusiastic about the para.  He indicated that the next 3 guns to be sent to Novak would all be Paras.  He also let me check it out and the trigger out of the box helped to explain why he liked them so much.
