I finally got around to sending in my paperwork. I figured I'd track it on here to help others with an idea of timelines. Form 4 done as a trust for a suppressor.

11/19/2011 - Packet mailed USPS priority with delivery confirmation
11/21/2011 - USPS delivery confirmation shows delivered
11/23/2011 - Check cashed

My dealer sent in the paperwork for my latest purchase on Nov. 10th.

The tax check was cashed on Nov. 17th.

On Dec. 17th, I will call and check to see if it has gone "pending" yet, (which it historically should, usually just under 30 days after the check gets cashed). At that point I'll know it made it safely into the system and start praying that it takes less than the 4 & 5 months, respectively, (after the the item was asssigned and went "pending") that my 2 previous cans took for the tax stamps to get returned.

As of now, I'll start watching for the paperwork to return mid-May (given that it goes "pending" when it should).

I have learned not to hold my breath or get impatient. It only makes me crazy (er, crazier) and is bad for my blood pressure. This is can #5.

I sent my Form 4 on Nov 11, arrived in Atlanta on Nov 14.
I sent a USPS money order so I won't know when it's deposited.

Check cash for 3 cans July 1
Haven't bothered to call.  Any answer other than it's in the mail would further disappoint me
