I'm working on fill out a form 1 and a few form 4's. I'll be getting my CLEO to sign all of them at once. I've done several transfers in the past, but it has only been one at a time. Since he is signing them all at once, I want to fill out as much information at possible. Just trying to do anything I can to smooth out the process since he is a busy guy. Can I fill in the sections for the organization, street address, county, and phone number? I will obviously leave the section blank for his signature, title, and date. Anybody forsee any problems? Finally, for the address of the orginial manufacturer of the firearm on my form 1, will just the name of the company with the city and state suffice? Or does the address need to be complete? |
