Anybody have experience with them? I ordered some stuff last week but haven't gotten a confirmation email. Just wondering if they are g2g?

I've placed two orders with them. The first order was on the small side (6 or so items) and they got it right out to me, but if I remember correctly I didn't receive a confirmation until they shipped.
The second order consisted of a lot of items from quite a few different manufacturers. We emailed back and forth a couple times about different colors which were in stock and what-not. I should receive another email from them mid week or so letting me know where I stand on my order. I don't think they are a large company with a lot of employees, but that's fine with me. I'm very happy with the service I've received so far and see no reason why I should worry about this last order. If it makes you feel more comfortable send them a quick email asking about your order. |

Just got finished with a series of emails and everything is straightened out, either I never got the first confirmation email, which could be possible because I jus recieved an email from Spikes that was from an order 3 months ago, or I deleted it by accident, also possible. Great customer service and would do business with them again. Recommended in my book. G2G.

| I placed an order from them a while back for an Eagle PC and they emailed me a couple hours later saying they only had OD in stock and wnated to know what I wanted to do with the order. Once I told them they got the order out pretty quickly. My Mom ordered my some stuff for christmas and they emailed her and told her some of the stuff was out of stock, and wanted to n=know what she wanted to do. She emailed them back but they never responded to her nor did they ship anythin out. She tried emailing them like 3 more times with no response, so she cancelled the order finally last week. I'm not sure what was up but so far they are 1 for 2. It seems like they are always out of stock of at least one thing I order from them. |
