About 2 years ago I inheirited a Browing A-Bolt Medallion in 7mm-08. It has a Simmons Aetec on it, which from experience is a relativly inexpensive, but yet functional scope. Since I know little about the gun iself, and Google didn't really turn up any valuable results, I wanted to know how the A-Bolt Medallion stacks up in the world of Bolt Action Rifles. Is it an Olympic Arms, or perhaps a Bushmaster, or RRA?

I already posted a topic about the caliber and can easily see why my late grandfather chose the 7mm-08.

I do not know why he chose the Browning A-Bolt Medallion. Any help would be great guys!

Great rifles, but don't plan on having any custom smithing work done to it.
