| I'm in Richardson, and after about the 40th one send to the PD station address, they called me and were like WTF is this stuff you keep sending us? I told them, then they gave me a special address and ATTN to. So maybe call and ask and they will already have the answer for you. |

Do you live in incorporated Tarrant county? If you're in a city, usually your CLEO is the chief of police. If you're in an unincorporated part of the county, the CLEO would be the sheriff. |
| I as well have my first multiple handgun sale coming up. it is also my very first sale. two handguns. He is a friend of mine and has a CCW. I fill out (2) 4473's, the multiple handgun form and since he is a CCW I don't need to NICS check him. who do i send the LEO multiple purchase form to, his local LE or my local LE? we do live in the same state. |

Why are you filling out two 4473's? Just list both guns on the same form. (btw...there is no limit to the number of fireams that can be transferred on a single 4473) There is no such form as a "LEO multiple purchase form", just "Multiple Sale of Handgun". There is no federal form for LEO's. Copy 1 goes to ATF's National Tracing Center, Copy 2 to YOUR local LE agency, Copy 3 you retain. |
