Good luck trying to find a case that is ++59½" in length. For everyday transportation I use the soft case from Armalite and for long road trips I use the Pelican 1750. I have to break my .50 down too.

Take the stock down.
I drive a mid-size Ranger and those Starlight double rifle cases barely fit in the back of my truck bed, length of the case is just short enough to fit inside the bed's width. BIG ASSED CASES! Yer big ass rifle is gonna prove to be one helluva beast to haul around should you find a case that could fit it while assembled. |

You can have one custom made by Kalispel, ICC or Beartrack cases, do a search on them. They are not cheap but they are very high quality cases, plan on spending 200+.

Try Cabelas, they have a hard case for muzzle loaders that is 63" long!

good good find. It even has wheels on it. just some days parking is no fun when you have to carry a 100lbs of equipment for a long ways. |

What would be the ideal case dimentions for the AR-50?
I like this design at Cabelas, but I'm not sure if it is big enough. It is 62x12x4.5" Black Powder Rifle Case Will the AR-50 have enough room, or should I find a bigger one? Kalispel has a 62x12x6" |

The AR-50 is is just a hair under 60" long, make sure the inside dimension is big enough to handle it. 4.5" wide might be enough, be sure to remove the bolt.
