I really need some advice...and quick as Santa Claus needs the list ASAP. I want to reload my .50 AE but I dont know what all I need. All I have so far is brass that I collect from the range. Can someone give me a list of EVERYTHING that I need. Make and model info would be a big help too. Where can I get everything? My budget is $300. Thanks for the help guys!!! Jeff

You should visit our reloading forum, we usually have lots of information for you.

Buy the book "The ABC's of reloading"...then you need a loading manual for the type of bullets you will be using, and/or the powder you choose.

Anyway, you need Dies (RCBS works great...hard to go wrong with any brand.  Buy Full Length Sizing Dies, and then a Lee Factory Crimp die to crimp as a seperate operation (you have to crimp Auto Pistol brass due to it's headspacing off of the mouth)).

Then you need primers, which, I assume, would be Large pistol of some sort.  Your Loading manual will tell you what type.

Then you need bullets....and the loading manual to match the bullets you choose.  Us serious reloaders have several hundred dollars worth of manuals and books.

You also need a press (For around $250 you can buy the RCBS Master Reloading Kit, which comes with all the basics).

You also need powder, as recommended from your reloading bullets.

You probably will not be able to set up for under $300, even with Lee Equipment.

The advice above is great, but why are you in such a huge hurry?    It's best to not rush things when your handloading.

I would say you wait for the manuals to come, study them, and then order.  Ask for gift certificates now so you can use them when you know what you want/need.
