That is really nice! How much did it cost? (If you don't mind me asking  )What stock is that again? HS Precision? The camo paint is a nice touch. |

Sweet. Very Sweet. If this beast has a 1:10 twist bbl, contact me for info on handloads for the 240gr Sierra Matchkings that will give you the ballistics of a 338 Lapua. Aside from that, may I humble recommend Federal 190 Match ammo or 73 grains of H4831 with a Federal 210 primer for the 190 Sierra bullet.
BTW, what does the "M...F.." stand for on the floorplate? I have a few ideas

So you went with the picosin pine camo job eh? That is what is going on mine too, I should get my 300 win mag from Col. Chandler any time now.... cant wait!!!! Yours is a Quattro Stelle looking rifle! Hope you have fun shooting it, I know you have alot of red tape to go thru to get it but hope for the best. Just to let everyone out there know... these Chandler rifles are the most hardened precision rifles you will ever see. Tougher than a bag of hammers boys.... and the accuracy they exhibit on the 1000 yard range is scary.... even in the hands of novices. If you have the money... it could never be spent better. Dram out |
