This is a very nice tool this was made by bullet45acp from the 1911 forums. Very useful
Reloading Spreadsheet |
|
Here is a link to a more comprehensive reloading cost XL spreadsheet from a fellow over on GlockTalk. It includes costs for all the accessories for reloading (scale, trimmer, trays, storage boxes) as well as a place to put your time costs (if you choose to include them), and shipping costs. Also has templates for printing box labels on standard printer labels. If you estimate how many rounds per week you shoot, it will calculate the time to pay back your reloading equipment investment.
I've been using this one for many years, and on mine, I've added pages for a reloading log. |

The question is asked here about once a week, "Is reloading worth it?", or "If I shoot 100 rounds a week, how long would it take to pay off a new press?" It's just a tool..... whether of not it is useful depends on what you're trying to do. And there's no way to justify reloading to my sweet wife. It's just something I do. She understands, I think....

I downloaded that file but my computer wouldn't open it. the extension is .xls.pdf is it a .pdf? or an .xls file? ETA: just remove the .pdf extension |

Right click on the file. When the menu pops up, select "Rename". Left click at the very end of the file name. Backspace and erase ".pdf". Press enter. A warning box will popup. Something like, "If you change the file extension, the file may become unstable.....yadda....yadda....yadda". Click the "Yes" button. You file will now work in Excel or in Open Office (what I have. Works good btw) Vulcan94 |
