Im also now looking for 3 yards of cloth for a custom built tactical vest. If anyone knows of any retailers who can sell this, that would be nice.

You may want to try the Sportsmans Guide. They had a MARPAT clone set in both desert and woodland in one of their catalogs. Not the real thing, but it looked close.
