Go to a family lawyer that deals in WILLS and Estates. Itll cost you $250 + on the average, depends on how elaborate you get it. Remember a TRUST should be treated like a WILL, so plan accordingly. You dont have to mention NFA or Guns, just setup a nice normal trust, the schedule A is where you list items. When you initially setup the trust you have to put something in it. I put the sum of $10 dollars to get it started.

My lawyer used perfect wills and trust by cosmi I he had me buy the software so he could use it for him self and did mne for free. He wanted to buy a surpressor an used me for a trial run I guess it all worked out. If you need his name and no. let me know he is in MANCHESTER TN.

You could also Google "Cain Law Firm". Chip Cain is in Nashville, and is pretty knowledgeable about NFA. He did my trust, easy guy to work with even though we never met in person.
