Just got back from the range functioned flawlessly slugs and 00 Buck.  This is the smoothest a Remington action has ever been for me.  Actually handed it to a couple of guys shooting next to me and they are ready to send their shotties to Mac.  I have one more retired police gun headed his way.

Well just got my police trade-in 870 (1975 wingmaster) back from mac's. Mac used his tuff-gun finish in black and polished the chamber reworked the action and more I refinished the original walnut wood set and here she is.  Awesome customer service +1 for Mac.

Police Trade in fun show price -$150.00
Mac's total package - $165.00 including return S/h
original s/h to Macs $16.82

$331.82 and 100 times better than a new express

That's nice.  I have a fondness for the 870 Police and I like the KISS set-up.

He did a mag extention for me. If you let the finish cure a couple weeks before use it will hold up much better.

Mac's the man!  He refinished my SAR-1 a few years back and it still looks great!

His was probably one of the first gun related websites I discovered years ago. Just never have had occasion to send anything in to him. If I ever get around to buying the parts and fixing my little Llama I may send it out.
