u know i hate explaining this so damn much

ebay is located in california to obey california law they cant have high cap mags on there servers techincaly could be construed as offering for sale a high cap mag witch is ilegal in california

What cyrax777 has to say is true.

Because eBay is based in California, they must abide by California law.  If eBay was a free service, this would not be an issue, but because eBay is taking a percentage of each sale they are unfortunately bound by the same rules and regulations which someone who lives there is.

Let's send them a petition regarding their HQ.  I say we move them to some place like Montana.
