I got all excited to see two status change emails and once I clicked on them this is what I read: This is to advise you that the status of your eForms submission with the subject Permit/Control number has changed to DISAPPROVED 
Section 4I Blank. Please Resubmit with Reason you intend to make firearm. Refund is Process. kthxbye yeah several months of waiting gone. Not even the option to fix it. |

For some reason mine did not include the trust name on the eform even thought the screen shot that I had taken on each page showed it (go figure). Regardless, I re-submitted, emailed Ted Clutter and it was fixed a few days later.
