Does anyone know how to attach a hydration bladder to the FLC, and brand to use? Thanks

I used GrimLocs to attach my Thermobak to my TT MAV's X-harness. Just clip the Camelbak to the drag handle on the back of your FLC. Then use two more GrimLocs to clip the bottom to the webbing on the FLC.

All sorts of ways to do this, but whatever means you choose, make an effort to ensure that the bladder carrier won't shift around.  Sometimes this means using Quick-disconnect, adjustable straps, sometimes GrimLocs will do fine.

www.supplycaptain.com has a lot of ITW Nexus stuff that you can use for your purpose, and fairly cheap, to boot.  For example, this little gizmo, the QASM buckle, allows horizontal attachment of the female side of the QD buckle, and you can run a strap to whatever you want to secure.
Don't have a suitable strap?  No problem, just make your own.  Fake the sewn-in part by using a tri-glide buckle, and just back-thread the strap back through the tri-glide.  All sorts of GI/Mil-spec webbing at www.strapworks.com.

Disclaimer; no financial interest.
