The screws are there, but because they have not been removed and replaced several times, the rubber has more or less "sealed" itself around the holes. Get a screwdriver and lightly probe the pad where the screws should be and you will find them.

Speaking of Speedfeed stocks and removing them... Is it possible to remove the trigger group and internals of the gun without removing the stock first? I'm wondering about the Win1300 model in particular.

Thanks Ikor! The pad looked pretty solid... this is a Wilson Scattergun 870 that came with a Speedfeed stock, and the previous owner had it languishing in his safe for years... so I'll start poking! |

Spit on a screwdriver when you do it it will help turning the screw inside the rubber pad. Maybe a very lil oil .
