Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - How to R&R Flash Hider

I an about to swap a USGI modified for the ban flash hider for a USGI hider with a lug. Other than getting the pliers to take off the castle nut, is it a problem getting the hider off and replacing the hider so that all is aligned and I don't have problems with bullets hitting it?

Anybody with experience doing this...please chime in...Thanks
