If you have the specs, that is well within the abilities of any machinist and will cost far less than a gunsmith. As far as true gunsmiths go, Houston hasn't had a real master gunsmith since Wayne Barnett died in the 80's.
We have several decent gun mechanics though, The guy in the Arms Room in Santa Fe is ok as is the guy that works out of Baileys. Allso, the guy in the Pasadena Gun Center CAN do good work if he is in the right mood. There used to be a pretty good one in Bellaire on Fountain St. MLG |
