Will / does anyone currently make drum mags for HK-91's?  I've seen drums go for well over 1000$ but I don't know if this is just because there are so few of them out there.  I'd be interested in a 50rnd drum.  A drum just sold on FJ Vollmers site for something like $1300.  I think it holds 75rnds.  Its a metal double snail drum like the C-mag but bigger.  Any info?

At SHOT, Beta said they had a 308 prototype drum and if the ban expired it would give them areason to take it to production.  It would be pretty cool imho.

I NEED some pics! BTW I think a drum like that for the M14/M1A would rock too!

The drum on Vollmers site was made from a MG34 drum. Dont know any other details.

I have not seen the HK drums for sale in Europe either. Been looking also.

There was an HK drum called the G8 I think- don't know if it's the same, but a company called Viking made a 50 round drum with a big winder on front. I've only seen one for sale and it was $750. This has been about 6 years ago.

I emailed CS metal werkes and asked if they would be making drums again..

They said no
