So I am contemplating a move but my gun trust has a few items assigned to it. I have been unable to find any information here or on ATF's website regarding address changes. How do I go about changing my trust address if I move?

| Interstate move or intrastate? If interstate, you should check and make sure your trust is valid as is in the new state before you move. If not, amend it to comply then file a 5230 to cover the interstate transport component of the move. If the move is intrastate, then you need do nothing. ATF does not require notification for address changes within the state. |
