Cactus Jack I cant post pics but it sorta looks like the original colt scope.

I have to buy new batteries for this thing.

It came on my new preban rifle

I'll guess that it is a
Hakko Panorama.
They aren't cheap.

In that case it is most likely a scope with an illuminated reticle. I thought you meant it looked like a C-More, and then I saw the 4X21 part.

I think what you have is something like what is on this page:

May very well be an original "Colt" Scope, just without the Colt name. Colt undoubtedly contracted them out and just put their names on them.

Hakko makes mid- to high- end Scopes, sells a few under their own name, but the majority are sold branded with someone elses name.

I have a Hakko 4 x 21 carry handle mount also--very good quality.

Hakko at one time or another made:
Springfield Armory
Beeman SS series (very good scopes)
Early Nightforce Scopes
State Arms (I have a Hakko scope that is identical to the current $800 State Arms 8 - 40x scope).
