I have an AR15 lower with an out of spec safety detent hole.  (might be using the incorrect terminology here) I do not have a way to measure it...but I have compared it to several other milspec lowers and the hole is definitely bigger then what it should be.  Anyone know where I can send this thing to get fixed?  Other then send it back to the maker?  I have seen on some other forums of people making little brass sleeves....Since the hole is so big, it causes alot of "play" in the safety selector switch....it still has a crisp break, but goes beyond the 90 degrees...whether its on safe or fire...  Thanks for your help gentlemen.

Pics and relavant measurements would help.

Dumb question #1.  What tool do I need to get to make that kind of small measurement?

If you don't have measuring tools, drill bits work in a pinch. - such as, a 3/8" bit goes in and wiggles a lot, but a 13/32" does not fit.

Is the detent hold pointed at the center of the safety hole?

Otherwise, without pics it's hard to identify what is going on.
