I've searched through the stickys and found no reference to this.

When the bolt is locked back I can only see one screw.

Do I need to completely remove the bolt in order to see all 3 screws?

Any pictures would be great if any are availabe.

Yes, you have to disassemble the bolt carrier assembly to get at the 3 bolt jacket screws. It's pretty easy, just watch how it comes apart and line it all up that way again. Don't get your recoil springs turned around backwards.

I couldn't find anything there about Bolt Jacket Screws?

Were you thinking the "Phillips Type Screw Replacement"?
