I am going on a hunting trip in the middle of December and I need some help filling out this form. On #3 Do I just put a year or something else?
This is a trip that I take every year about the same time. On #8 I will be driving there so should I put down my vehicle or something else. Thanks |

Thanks that was what I was thinking but I didnt want to screw up. Is the address the same as when I mailed my form1? It's a whole lot faster to fax. I've had them returned w/in 5 days by faxing. Hell, Shipman even faxed me back the last 4 I submitted. Plus, you don't have to pay postage. NFA's fax number is (304) 616-4501. If you prefer to mail them, then yes, it's the same address in WV. |
