Do I need to submit my trust in duplicate also? And if so does it have to be front and back copies?

Only one copy of the trust is needed.

Print the F4's dual-sided. Print the trust dual-sided if you're trying to save on paper and postage.

So the trust doesn't have to be 2 sided?

Doesn't have to be, but can be. Unlike the F4 which must be two-sided.
