Ok anyone in CT that has done this would help but im in need of info so anyone please help Im going to set up a living trust and after i do that the first thing i want to do is cut my 9mm barrel down to 10" .So what my question is what do i put on the the form if im doing the work on the barrel? | if you are making the SBR from a title 1 weapon, which it sounds like you are, you will need a form 1 not a form 4. On the form 1 you would put the barrel length that you intend to cut that barrel to, which in your case is 10 inches. FWIW a form 1 is a tax paid manufacturing form, while a form 4 is a tax paid transfer form. |
