I had a Mossberg 14" AOW shipped from a out of state dealer to my dealer on a F3. The F3 was approved, however my dealer is now saying he needs to amend the form because the other dealer put "Maverick Arms" instead of Mossberg as the Mfg.

Also the model # is 51683 and he says the is wrong.

Can anyone chime in?

The correct information needs to be on the form. Ive never had to amend a form though. It takes so long for the NFA to do things it may be a while. I removed some stuff from the NFA registry last year and its still in my digital inventory
