How long are form 3 transfers taking right now? I don't even want to say how long I have been waiting for my dealer to get a suppressor I paid for. Don't get me wrong... I trust the guys are not trying to screw with me & they have done some things to help me out in the past. They even have helped me with some non-related NFA transfers. But sometimes it gets the point where your wondering wtf is taking so long... Everybody is waiting........................................................................................and thinking the same thing you are.

My expierence says if you order it in Feb and YHM plans on producing it in May you can call in April and they will say "The form 3 still hasn't been approved" Several times I have heard this and then noticed that it hadn't been submitted on the date in question. That would explain why it isn't approved, wouldn't it....

I thinks YHM is full Shit. Thats what i thought. I bought the Mite from ABC shop and after 3-4 months i figured they didn't even order it. i was getting pissed at the shop. The shop kept blaming the ATF When it's actually YHM whos taking forever. I went through another SOT who does a lot of suppressors and tons of NFA stuff and he said the form three shouldn't take long at all, maybe 2 weeks max. So now it's just the waiting for YHM to get on the ball. im thinking of finding somebody whos got it in stock but im getting too good of a deal to go anywhere else. |

Sir, Form 3's have been takeing at least 12-16 weeks. We have been out of stock on Mites for many months. We are extremely backlogged with orders and cannot mnufacture all suppressors at once so they are done in different runs. We currently have orders for some Mites going all the way back to the begining of January 2009. You will recieve your suppressor. I would say that we should be hearing anytime now, and as soon as we hear we will ship. Thank you for your understanding and patience during these extremly busy and chaotic times of business. |
